Offered in a virtual format (via Microsoft Teams), participants will be required to have access to a computer, or tablet, that has both a camera and microphone and an internet connection. For skills practice after the class, we encourage participants to have stereo-capable headphones or earbuds.
This course is open to the public, but registration is required. Participants will receive a presentation slide deck, pain survey, and handout to assist with developing your personal plan and practicing daily skills.
