Telus CHR Connect App Instructions
We are now using the TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR) Connect app, providing our patients with easier and more convenient access to their Grande Prairie PCN healthcare provider.
Using TELUS CHR Connect App, you can:
- View your demographics and update your preferred name, gender identity, or preferred pronouns
- Book appointments (for selected services)
- View, change, and manage upcoming and historical appointments (for selected services)
- Communicate with your clinic via our secure messaging system, including receiving images and other attachments
- Attend secure virtual visits with your provider.
