Spring into Walking with the Grande Prairie PCN! Each Wednesday at noon we will start at the Grande Prairie PCN location and walk for 40 minutes followed by a 15-minute stretch/education session (optional). Sign up for 1 week or sign up for them all! All ages and fitness abilities are welcome. Each week you attend earns one entry for the final draw prize.

In the event of poor weather conditions or poor air quality, we may need to cancel the group and will notify registered participants via text or email.

Tips for registering online:

• For the first question (Have you been registered with the PCN already?), select Yes if you have ever attended any of our programs or services (including a visit to the After Hours Clinic). Otherwise select No.
• When it asks for your ID number, enter your AB Health Care number.
• For location select Grande Prairie Primary Care Network.
• For primary reason for your visit select “Other” and enter reason as “Walking Group”.
• Select Group Visit then select the date you wish to attend. Once completed, to add additional dates, click “back” and “request” to add more.
• If you have never received services at the Grande Prairie PCN you will need to enter some demographic information.
