If anxiety has stopped you from doing your usual activities and living your best life then the Anxiety To Calm – Virtual workshop might be for you. Challenge your thoughts, behaviours and emotions while practicing proven and effective skills to manage anxiety and feel a sense of calmness in this 4-week workshop (held weekly for 2 hours each week). Offered in a virtual format (via Microsoft Teams), participants will be required to have access to a computer, phone, or tablet that has both a camera and microphone and an internet connection. This course is open to the public, but registration is required. Participants will receive a workbook to assist with goal setting and practicing daily skills. Please Note: This is not a therapy group, but it does provide general mental health skills for dealing with anxiety.
