What We Do
- Provide medical management of patients related to the presenting pain problem
- Education regarding mechanisms underlying & driving persistent pain disorders for clients
- Education and support for other inter-professional team members
- Treatment Modalities Provided include
- Botox Therapy for Chronic Migraines
- Trigger Point Injections
- Participate in triage/review of incoming referrals as needed
- Work collaboratively with visiting Pain Specialist
What We Do Not Do
- Provide a diagnosis of the pain condition
